The CHPCA Pan Canadian Gold Standards for Palliative Home Care provide the benchmarks for high quality hospice palliative care at home. The document is being used by the NWO End-of-Life Care Network as a framework to discuss the level of palliative care that should made available to all communities in Northwestern Ontario, including First Nations Territories.
